You may have noticed an increase in conversations around accessibility in recent months. This is something that is particularly important to us at Firsty, and it’s something that we’ve made a priority, with our partnership with Ulverscroft on their retail website, The Reading House. Ulverscroft specialise in large print and audio books for people who are partially sighted, or find these formats easier to use. With our extensive experience in multiple formats and user experience, as well as our more recent marketing efforts, we have been working to maximise the potential of The Reading House, and get these books out to as many people as possible. Of course, the success of The Reading House is largely due to the phenomenal array of books on offer – with over 12,000 titles available, there is something for everyone, as well as ample opportunity for publishers to sell their audiobooks.
